I had moderately damaged hair after perming with the old style and bad chemicals, the perm was bad so I use straightener at home to try straighten it by heat. The damage and frizzing was worse.
After I use Shea milk, the frizziness was very improved. I washed my hair with regular shampoo and conditioner, then dabbed it to extent of no water dripping out, still wet, and use my hand to adjust the hair to make it more even in moisture. I then applied a little (just half a press each time, which is very enough for me already), and applied several times to the damaged end and middle part of hair. I then made the application even with my hand and wash my hair again without any shampoo or conditioner to make it stay on my hair (I decided to wash my hair becoz I figure it'd be too much on hair if it stays there, the final washing is optional). Then I just blow dry my hair or (if I want to use other products that day like saltwater spray) I'll make my hair to the extent of no water dripping out then apply it and blow dry.
The hair does not have frizziness in it anymore and the ends are repaired, so is the applied parts. I recommend using less than your intended usage first becoz it repairs hair very well and very little is enough while too much can give your hair a smooth look which may sometimes counteract some of your styling. Overall, very nice!
