SWAG HAIR maintains the upmost standards in product quality. However, in rare instances, this variability can sometimes result in an experience below our standards. Because of the nature of hair product, we can accept returns for damaged or defective items only.

 

 

THE RETURN PROCESS

  1. If you feel you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us with a photo of the delivered products and order number at cs@swaghairandcompany.com for further assistance.
  1. The quality issue must be reported to cs@swaghairandcompany.com within 7 days of your receipt of the product. Returns must be made within 14 days of the receipt of products.
  1. We strongly recommend using a traceable form of delivery, i.e., using a shipping method with tracking number, such as SF Express. Please retain the tracking number for your records and inform us. We cannot be responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
  1. Product(s) need to be returned in the condition it was received. We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us. Once the item is received, we will process for a refund/ an exchange. We do not refund original shipping cost nor issue return postage or labels; it is customer’s responsibility to pay for the returned shipping unless a defective package is received.
  1. Once your return is received, refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. A refund may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
 
 
EXCHANGE/ REFUND
  1. If the return is received and approved, an exchange or a refund will be issued.
  1. Return products must be received and accounted at SWAG HAIR before refunds or exchanges are made.
  1. An exchange or a refund will be issued within 7-10 calendar days of receipt at SWAG HAIR.
  1. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
